With this picture I wanted to add some really vibrant colour to experiment on how this would look. Getting down low with the lens enabled the floorboards to diminish into the distance an the shade offered by the fence creates a big contrast in the colours.
The picture was taken using a wide angle (10-20mm) lens, set at F29 for 1/30 second (ISO100) and the colour was manipulated within 'Aperture'.

No one Sitting
This picture was taken on holiday in Greece at 11:20pm. Without a tripod, I set the ISO to 800 and used an aperture of F7 for 4 seconds.
It is actually a 'cut' from a larger picture, but the chairs just looked so inviting that I had to split them out. The combination of the colour and the way the chairs are arranged, just appeals.
This was an accidental snippet from the original and had I been intentionally setting this up, then perhaps I would have aligned the chairs more specifically - however, I think it works quite well.

Frozen Over
ISO 100: f7.1: 1/15: lens 18-55mm (f3.5-5.6)
I spent some time photographing numerous things and came upon this broken tree. Removing the colour and adjusting only the brightness and the contrast I managed to get the picture to where I wanted it to be. It looks bleak and cold and draws your eye across the page (albeit from right to left).
